1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ex333 platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between ex333 and the user.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform. ex333 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To create an account and use ex333's services, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You are creating an account for yourself, entirely of your own free will and at your own discretion.
• All information provided at the time of registration is true, accurate, and complete.
• You are not located in any country or jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited.
• You have never previously been permanently banned from ex333.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, those accounts may be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Keep your account password and login details completely confidential; do not share them with any third party.
• If you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the ex333 support team immediately.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following policies apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on ex333:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Funds may only be used for gameplay once the deposit has been credited to the account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawal requests must be made using the method registered on the account.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of identity verification.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers available on ex333:

Welcome Bonus:

• 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳15,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• For larger deposits: deposit ৳26,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

Wagering Requirements:

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus).
• Wagering multiplier: 15x.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

General Bonus Policy:

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the offer description.
• ex333 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse or fraud.
• You may not claim another bonus while one is already active (where applicable).
• Each bonus is applicable once per account only.

6 Gameplay & Fair Play

ex333 is a platform committed to fair play. All games and gaming services are supplied by third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI, and others).

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully impartial and verifiable.
• In the event of a technical error or game interruption, ex333 reserves the right to resume from the last valid game state.
• If a game is not completed correctly for any reason, the wagered amount may be refunded.
• ex333's decisions on sports betting markets are final.

7 User Code of Conduct

10 Limitation of Liability

ex333 accepts no liability for the following:

• Any loss caused by technical errors, server downtime, or internet disconnection.
• Loss caused by technical issues in games supplied by third-party software providers.
• Account information falling into the hands of a third party due to user negligence or error.
• Loss resulting from unauthorized account access if the user fails to report it in time.
